A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales/revenue management at a city hotel is required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
Familiarity with revenue forecasting tools and data analysis systems.
Fluency in English and Greek is required to perform the role effectively.
Proficiency in a second foreign language will be considered a plus.
Excellent knowledge of IDS, PMS, and MS Office tools.
Proven yielding and dynamic pricing skills.
Strong time management skills and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
DUTIES
Develop and execute sales and pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and maximize hotel revenue.
Manage and achieve sales targets through effective forecasting and analysis.
Analyze demand trends and implement targeted promotions to drive bookings.
Monitor room availability and ensure optimal inventory management.
Handle group inquiries and coordinate bookings to ensure profitability.
