Join our international team as a Reservation Agent.

Reservation Agent responsibilities include:

• Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations
• Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details
• Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled timely, efficiently, and with care
• Handle pre-payment for F&B reservations and special events bookings if needed
• Be fully aware at all times of the rates, packages, groups, and booking status of the restaurant
• Maintain effective office administrative procedures within the department that will safeguard and detect double-bookings, non-guaranteed bookings, filing errors, and other inaccuracies

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

To be a successful Reservation Agent you should possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage
• Outstanding administration and organizational skills
• Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Previous experience in a Reservations environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
