Key Responsibilities

● Schedule and manage security crew assignments for High-Risk Area transits.
● Communicate availability to client shipping companies.
● Identify and evaluate personnel scheduling requirements.
● Meet departmental targets and adhere to KPIs.
● Forecast personnel needs based on client vessel presence in operational areas.
● Balance crew demand and supply, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
● Contribute to pricing models and provide competitive quotes in coordination with the
Commercial department.
● Ensure compliance with industry regulations, flag states, KPIs, and internal procedures.
● Prepare and present departmental reports.

Qualifications and Skills

● Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Shipping, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new operational systems.
● Experience in a relevant field is considered an asset, but not a prerequisite.
● Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
● Critical thinking, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
● Resilience under pressure and capability to handle emergency situations.
