Portfolio Monitoring Analyst

We are looking for Portfolio Monitoring Analysts / Senior Analysts to join our Securitization Management team, Transaction and Advisory function.

Role

You will act as a key officer for monitoring and supporting portfolios under doValue Greece management

Key Accountabilities

• Portfolio budgeting and actual vs. budget analysis on a monthly basis
• Design and monitoring of strategic initiatives related to the NPL portfolios
• End-to-end support of the NPL portfolios including operational requirements and management of ad hoc requests from asset owners
• Problem solving of day-2-day issues and project management regarding Operational issues (Retail & Corporate)
• Daily collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Business, Legal, Reporting, Finance, etc.)
• Preparation of presentations based on each portfolio’s requirements
• Preparation of C-level presentations related to portfolios’ performance monitoring

Professional Experience & Qualifications

• 1-3 Years’ experience in banking, finance or consulting; previous experience in non-performing loans is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or another related field
• Master’s degree in Finance, Banking or Business Administration (MBA) will be considered a plus

Core Competencies & Knowledge

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (both in Greek and English language)
• Handle sensitive information with discretion
• Emphasis on accuracy
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel and Power Point
• Evidence of building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders across all seniority levels in a challenging and fast paced environment
• Analytical thinking, ability to manage quantitative data in a timely manner
• Strong project management skills
