Hostess

The Hostess fulfills a responsible and vital job role in our Organization, as always remains an ambassador for the brand and contributes to guests' satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide highest service standards to our guests, welcome them in an exceptionally warm, polite, friendly, and professional manner in collaboration with Katikies Club drivers


• Anticipate and handle guest issues and concerns in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner, including booking tours, making dinner reservations, arranging for limousine, airport, and other transportation, in collaboration with Katikies Hotels concierge team


• Provide personalized solutions; build full knowledge of hotel properties, hotel facilities, services, and local area


• Maintain confidentiality of guest’s information and follow proper protocol


• Gather additional information of guests’ preferences


• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards


• Ensure excellent response to all guest requests / complaints


• Maintain confidentiality of guest’s information and follow proper protocol


• Always maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene

Job Requirements:

• Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Front Office and/or Concierge responsibilities


• Excellent knowledge of English language; a second language will be considered as an asset


• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, problem solving and multitasking


• Pleasant personality with enviable customer service skills, a team player passionate about the job and focused on providing high quality results.


• Excellent personal presentation


• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
