Retail Store Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Store Manager at morethanthis design shop | Antiparos located in Dimos Antiparos. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and maintaining store appearance.

• Strong understanding of brand qualities and sales principles

• Proficiency in inventory management

• Problem-solving skills


• Excellent use of the English language is a must and any extra languages are a plus.


• Good work ethic is a must


• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus

Training starts in March in Athens | Shop opens in mid May in Antiparos.

Season starts in the end of May and ends approximately Mid September. Position is subject to continuation in the Athenian showroom.

Monthly salary: 2800€
