Job Mission:

As a Customer Support Specialist, your role is to provide exceptional support while implementing tailored sales strategies for our clients. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, managing your sales pipeline, and delivering outstanding service to small-to-medium-sized businesses. You’ll engage with clients via phone and email to understand their needs and drive results, all while maintaining top-notch customer experience.

• Excellent customer orientation with the ability to adapt/respond to different customer types
• Experience in contacting potential clients via phone and email
• Ability to manage and report on a sales pipeline
