Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Manage and optimize advertising and marketing campaigns on a daily basis.
- Propose innovative solutions and strategies to clients, aligned with their business objectives.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams (field, production, and creative).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current client portfolio.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Proactively identify and convert new business prospects into clients.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager in an Event or BTL Agency.
- Proficiency in both Greek and English (verbal and written communication).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A passion for the events industry and a creative approach to developing unique, impactful experiences.
