Job Title: Medical Sales Representative


Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Job Overview: EXCESSMED is a modern, dynamic pharmaceutical company, established in Athens Greece. We operate with prescribing drugs and food supplement brands in a variety of therapeuticcategories. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.


Soft skills, such as positive thinking, team player, problem-solving attitude, results oriented are taken into consideration.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. Sales and Promotion:


    • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    • Update and inform healthcare professionals for the assigned products of the company, and news of the healthcare industry.

    • Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to inform and influence healthcare providers.


  2. Relationship Management:


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.

    • Identify and develop new accounts while nurturing existing relationships to maximize sales opportunities.

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.


  3. Market Analysis in the territory of responsibility:


    • Analyze market trends, competitive products, and industry developments to stay informed about market dynamics.

    • Gather and report sales data, activity reports, and insights to management, regularly.




  1. Continuing Education:




    • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, clinical data, and product knowledge.

    • Attend industry conferences, training sessions, and workshops as needed to enhance professional development.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy), Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, 1-3 years.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

  • Fluent in Greek and English language.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
