Main Responsibilities:
- Register andmaintain accounting entries (expenses, purchases, fixed assets, etc.) incompany ledgers, ensuring compliance with Greek GAAP.
- Reconcileaccounts and review balance sheets regularly, investigating discrepancies andtaking corrective actions as needed.
- Invoice productsaccurately, applying correct pricing and terms.
- Process vendorand supplier invoices for e-books operations, ensuring tax compliance throughthe MyData platform.
- Manage accountspayable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile companybank accounts regularly and assist in implementing monthly closing operations.
- Manage monthlypayroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor-related regulations.
- Assist in audits,financial reporting, and team collaboration to meet financial objectives.
- Provide supportduring monthly and annual audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degreein Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- 3+ years ofexperience in a structured accounting department, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge ofAccounting Standards, Greek General Chart of Accounts, and Tax Legislation.
- Familiarity withGreek Labor Legislation and payroll processing (knowledge of the ERGANI systemis a plus).
- AccountingLicense B’ or higher.
- Strongproficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience withERP systems and EPSILON Payroll Business Software is considered an asset.
- Excellent commandof the English language.
- Analyticalthinking with attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork,collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability toprioritize tasks and work under pressure, both independently and as part of ateam.
- Strong work ethicand eagerness to learn.
