Responsibility:

• Development and implementation of the national strategy of territory development;


• Control of distributors' work in accordance with the company's commercial policy;


• Management and control of the budget of the accountable territory;


• Organization and control of trade marketing activities, both national and local;


• Control of the implementation of the sales plan in the territories.


• Organization and control of the activities of the sales team in the territory;


• Training and development of the supervisor and distributor's sales team;


• Audits of territories, presentations of products and new products;


• Team building and management;


• Cost budgeting and analysis of P&L indicators.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in sales / FMGG or pet food industry;


• Experience in team management;


• Deep knowledge of the business environment;


• High-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;


• High-level analytical skills;


• Knowledge of how the FMCG industry works;


• Fluency in English and Greek language.


• Willingness to travel frequently;


• Love for pets.
