We are looking for a dynamic and engaging individual to join our team as a Marketing Operations and Guest Relations specialist, playing a key role in enhancing our marketing efforts and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Position Overview:
As the Marketing Operations and Guest Relations team member, you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, engaging with our guest community, and promoting our apartment services. Your ability to communicate effectively, both online and offline, is crucial in ensuring that our marketing initiatives reach their target audience and contribute to the overall success of Red Berries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (online and offline).
- Develop and define goals and success metrics for marketing programs.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Act as a primary point of contact for guests, offering information on amenities, local attractions, and available services.
- Engage with the guest community, both online (social media) and offline, maintaining a positive and professional presence.
- Conduct quality assurance tasks to ensure our services meet the highest standards.
- Develop and create engaging content to enhance brand presence and guest engagement.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and public relations efforts to build awareness and foster relationships with guests.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Requirements & Skills:- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and digital marketing tools.
- Experienced in managing social media platforms, PR efforts, and promotional events.
- Proficiency in English is required? knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A "people person" with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve guest inquiries professionally.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
