Receptionist

Role Description:

Are you a people person with a passion for creating unforgettable moments of joy? We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at AURA SUITES PAROS as a Receptionist for the summer season 2024!

Contract length: 6 months

As the receptionist, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding service and assistance to our guests, making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To have additional service knowledge due to presence at a breakfast buffet.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly smile


• Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events


• Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures


• Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person


• Coordinate transportation services for guests


• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently


• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations


• Resolve any guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly


• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Qualifications

• BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management or relevant studies


• Experience in a similar role is preferred


• Fluency in English and Greek is required


• Good other language proficiency is a plus


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills


• Excellent PR & Communication skills


• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented


• Phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and clerical skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work efficiently
