Onsite IT-Technician

Πλήρης απασχόλησηThis position will be based on-site in Koropi, a production site. Candidates will be required to have end-user support knowledge and experience with common tools.
The role will require an individual to pick up and log tickets related to end user support, resolved desk-side or remotely, as well as to support global IT operations colleagues by being the local IT contact. IT Operations tasks include; installing bespoke software, aligning vendors to deliver a solution and documenting steps of new processes following instruction.
The team also acts as a local service desk and can escalate incidents through other global support groups to achieve the deliverables supporting the OSS contract.
As well as OSS the technician will take part in IT Workplace Refresh Rollout projects each year, replacing models of laptops, PCs, iPads, and phones.
Key Responsibilities
- Face to face IT support of users.
- Proactively pick up, respond & own incidents and tasks in support queue. ServiceNow knowledge preferable
- Correctly track incidents and calls timely and accurately. Working to specific SLAs
- Lenovo PC (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
- Some hardware support experience required e.g., Printer setup, component replacement.
- Owning IT Workplace Refresh projects
- Computer imaging
- IMAC - Imaging & Desk Relocation
Person Specification
- 1-2 Years' experience in an IT Support Role preferably
- Ability to resolve Windows 10 Operating System Errors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Teams
- Ability to support basic DEP Apple iPad and iPhone issues. InTune MDM knowledge preferable.
- Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge
- Ability to perform accurate network patching and switch / network device installation in racks
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- English Speaking
- Candidates need to be flexible, efficient and able to work independently
- Ownership of projects and be able to take responsibility to deliver them
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong sense of customer service and building customer relationships
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to multitask
