Guest Experience Agent

Objective:

Build strong relationships with guests by anticipating their needs anddelivering personalized services that exceed expectations.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English and German (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in Protel and MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Strong knowledge of managing social media channels and review sites (e.g. TripAdvisor, Holidaycheck)
• Exceptional communication and complaint management skills
• Ambition, teamwork and a proactive spirit

Responsibilities:

• Prepare VIP and arrival lists in coordination with Reception
• Ensure timely delivery of guest services
• Draft and deliver welcome and departure letters
• Assist FOM in checking VIP rooms before arrival
• Welcome and escort guests to their rooms
• Conduct hotel orientation for groups and inspection visits
• Upsell and promote hotel products and services
• Collect guest feedback, categorize comments, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
