This position will provide essential sales support to Business Development Managers (BDMs), primarily supporting the Greece and Italian Operations. The role is based in Athens and will involve a wide variety of administrative and customer-facing tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of sales activities.

Responsibilities include preparing presentations, coordinating with Pre-sales, Vendors, and Finance, and supporting customers with inquiries on invoices and balance confirmations.

This position will support a team of 5-6 BDMs, working closely with them to ensure all customer and internal requirements are met in a timely and organized manner, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:

  • Provide admin support for the respective Sales Team

  • Create the Sales Projects (SP) in Insight.

  • Complete the SP/ generate the SR for renewal, up-downgrade, and relocation. Ask the pre-sales team to review an submit it

  • Raise & Follow up on the approval of the MA

  • Follow up with Access Team on renewal/ upgrade requests

  • Assist the (BDM) for all Insight issues

  • Changing SR and raising CSCM requests / dealing with finance team for billing issues

  • Process all termination/ cancellation/ requests from customers (once approved by BDM)

  • Supporting sales for customer meetings/ sales meetings/ marketing events

  • Filing and any other task may be assigned by the BU Head

  • Assist sales in providing accurate data in Corta

  • Assist & Support sales in Hubspot

  • Create new customers on Insight upon BDM request and communicate with Sales Compensation team and Credit Check team for further process of customer registration

  • Handle customer's credit requests

  • Implement Insight once the order is confirmed by BDM/ customer

  • Develop and send the ESRF FORM to the export team for approval

  • Assist and support the FAST TRACK PROCESS

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Higher education degree (University level) in business administration, marketing, or a similar field is a must.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales support, sales admin, sales assistant, or similar customer-facing sales role is a must.

  • Fluent in both Greek and English, both oral and written, is a must; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

  • Expert knowledge of Office applications, particularly Excel and presentation tools, is essential.

  • Previous experience supporting a small sales team is a plus.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems will be considered an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

  • A growth mindset, ambition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
