F&B Financial Controller

We are currently looking for an F&B Financial Controller to join the Astir Vouliagmenis Team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating purchase requisitions in accordance with the group’s procurement policy.


• Overseeing the physical receipt of goods, ensuring quality and price compliance.


• Storing products effectively and maintaining stock organization.


• Systematically processing receipts and recording invoices.


• Managing pending invoices and ensuring their timely submission to the accounting department.


• Collaborating with the Procurement Manager to identify competitive pricing and procure new items.


• Submitting maintenance or creation requests for new codes (F&B control) and updating supplier details in coordination with the Accounting and Procurement teams.


• Organizing inventory counts in collaboration with the F&B control department and departmental managers, including: Stock counting, Guiding departmental managers, Inputting data into inventory sheets, Verifying and sending inventory sheets to the F&B Controller.


• Strictly adhering to deadlines related to accounting and F&B processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, supported by relevant academic qualifications.


• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


• Strong understanding of F&B operations (restaurant/hotel)


• Excellent computer knowledge (advanced Excel)


• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems for inventory management is highly desirable.
