ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client a global leader in Credit Insurance and Risk management, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.
Sales Executive (Ref. 5813/SE/ESS/GR)
This role offers the exciting opportunity to drive direct sales across Greece and Cyprus, contributing to the company’s mission of supporting businesses in achieving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct direct sales activities across Greece and Cyprus, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events to strengthen their market presence.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in Greece and abroad to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently contributing to the growth of the organization.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within the financial services, banking, insurance, or B2B services sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Εconomics, Business, Finance etc. MBA or Master’s is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel across Greece and Cyprus.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
