Basic Position Mission:

We are seeking a Data Scientist with experience in reporting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting real estate data to support informed decision-making. By delivering actionable insights and recommendations, you will play a key role in driving data-driven strategies and optimizing operations.

Education - Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or other STEM field
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Extensive knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI
• Fluent in Greek and English

Key Responsibilities - Results:

• Collect, clean, and validate real estate data from various sources
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the real estate market
• Communicate effectively data findings using BI tools
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize real estate investments
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed insights

Experience:

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Data Scientist
