Your Role

• Support implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards, and procedures
• Check content and analyze supplier contracts
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts, including amendments, renewals and terminations
• Tracking deliveries of third-party suppliers and purchase order monitoring
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales, procurement & logistics departments to ensure all needs and concerns are addressed
  
  

Your Expertise/ Skills

• BSc/MSc in related subject such as Finance, Business Administration
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English & Greek language written and spoken
• Advanced digital skills (excel macros etc.)
• High focus and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under strict deadlines
• Teamwork and excellent communication skills
  
  

The position is fixed-term and the employment contract will be handled via Randstad.
