About the Graduate Program
The 2025 Newrest Graduate Program is a one-year paid training program, designed to provide you with hands-on experience, develop your leadership skills, and prepare you for high-responsibility roles within our company. Based at our facilities at Athens International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos), you’ll work closely with experienced managers, gain exposure to critical operations, and be part of high-impact projects.
Key Areas of Focus:
1. Inflight Catering Unit Management:
• Gain full insight into the inflight catering process, from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Focus on improving service quality, resource allocation, and operational excellence.
2. Operations (Inflight Catering):
• Develop managerial skills by taking on real-world challenges in a high-pressure environment.
• Lead and manage logistics for inflight catering services.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries to airlines.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Work closely with teams to develop and enhance team management skills.
3. Equipment Store (EQT Store):
• Manage and optimize inventory and equipment critical to catering operations.
• Ensure the efficient distribution of equipment to meet operational needs.
• Develop cost-effective strategies and processes for inventory management.

What We’re Looking For

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Degree: Graduates in hospitality, engineering, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience, or a recent graduate (within the last two years).
• Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Languages: Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) is required.
