Our Sales team in Athens is growing and we are now recruiting for a Customer Service Representative who will deliver exceptional sales support and customer service in assigned regions or accounts, ensuring accurate order processing, effective cross-department collaboration, prompt issue resolution, and comprehensive export documentation. This role aims to consistently meet customer needs, streamline workflows, and enhance business success through timely reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute sales and customer service initiatives in the assigned geography or accounts
- Enter sales orders from forecast (Cloud) into the ERP system and, if required, submit approval requests for exceeding suggested selling prices or credit limits. Ensure the accuracy and quality of data entered
- Collaborate with other departments, including the logistics team and credit control department, to manage shortages
- Respond promptly and follow up on issues raised by customers
- Prepare and procure all necessary documents for exports, including certifications, pro forma invoices, packing lists, veterinary certificates, customs clearance, etc.
- Engage with customers to address inquiries or notify them of the results of claim investigations or any planned adjustments
- Monitor the sales order workflow daily and provide reports to the Commercial Director and Country Manager
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 3 years of customer service experience
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM and ERP Systems
- Fluency in English, working knowledge of Spanish /Italy / French / German
- Patience in addressing customer issues
- High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
