About the Role:

As a Cook, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, crafting flavorful dishes that delight our guests. Your creativity and attention to detail will bring our menu to life, showcasing the best of Mediterranean and local cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and guest preferences.
• Ensure the presentation and quality of meals meet our high standards.
• Assist in menu planning and contribute innovative ideas for seasonal offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations during service.
• Address special dietary requirements and guest requests with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a hospitality or fine dining setting.
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
• Fluency in Greek (English or another language is a bonus).
• A positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for food.
