About the Role:

As an (Assistant) Waiter / Waitress, you’ll be at the forefront of our dining experience, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service. From setting the scene in our restaurant to delivering meals with a warm smile, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable culinary moments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive table service to all guests.
• Assist in preparing the restaurant for service, including setting tables and arranging decorations.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and timely service.
• Address guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area at all times.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar hospitality role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering top-tier service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Greek (English or another language is a bonus).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
