Junior Quality Control Officer

For our facilities in Oreokastro, Thessaloniki, we are looking for a Junior QC Officer.

A Junior QC Officer supports the Quality department in maintaining and improving the quality standards

of the company’s products. The role involves monitoring and verifying records of all quality control activities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and complete records of all quality control activities
• Maintain documents for the Master Manufacturing Record (MMR)
• Monitor the laboratory testing program, ensuring that all testing is conducted according to established procedures and timelines
• Conduct random product quality control inspections and keep daily records and results
• Assist in investigation of customer complaints and non-conformances, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions are implemented, and complete customer surveys
• Assist in training teams on newly approved procedures when needed
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting quality awareness and encouraging employee involvement in quality initiatives

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field. Master’s degree would be appreciated
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, 14001 etc.)
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
