Job Description

We are currently operating in over 1,000 locations in over 35 countries, worldwide.

Thanks to our growing expansion, we are looking for a Head of Development.

Key Responsibilities,

• Managing Development Sales Consultants and mentoring them on their working style, professional expertise and project execution quality.
• Finding and assessing new development opportunities.
• Coordinating development activities and providing strategic leadership and tactical execution for the real estate projects pipeline.
• Negotiating throughout all stages of the project's realization with all parties involved.
• Ensuring the projects are being completed within the specified budgets and time frames.
• Overseeing budget preparation and design preparation.
• Regulating on site work, quality and consistency.
• Creating comprehensive high level executive reports that provide a clear picture of all the projects included in the real estate portfolio, suggest a plan, highlight all pressing matters and suggest appropriate actions.
• Communicating with current / future clients and establishing long-term relationships with business partners and suppliers.
  
  

Required Qualifications,

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Economics, Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or comparable.
• 6+ years experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Fluent in Greek and English language, written and spoken (German would be considered an asset).
• Entrepreneurial hands-on attitude combined with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to oversee construction projects.
• Financial analysis and investment strategic orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results and goal - oriented mentality.
• Experience working with public-private partnerships.
• Knowledge of zoning regulations and land use planning.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
