Your Impact:


As a Publisher Growth Executive at Project Agora, you will have a significant impact on the growth and success of our company's publisher business via closing new qualified opportunities through inbound and outbound initiatives. Your ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Project Agora's offering and identify new business opportunities will be critical to your success in this role. By achieving your KPIs and contributing to the team and company's OKRs, you will help drive revenue growth from new outbound and inbound publishers and expand our market presence in Europe.


The successful candidate will be based in the TDG HQ in Athens, or in our offices in Patras and be part of a dynamic and diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Be a subject matter expert on Project Agora’s offering and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients.
  • Research and develop targeted prospect lists through inbound and outbound activities in order to generate new qualified opportunities.
  • Manage full sales cycle of SMB accounts, deliver presentations, handle negotiations and objections, and ultimately achieve sales goals.
  • Leverage company platforms and tools to achieve qualified lead/ sales call targets.
  • Track activity and maintain reporting within Project Agora CRM systems.
  • Work cross functionally to provide the company with actionable publisher sales, product, marketing and operational feedback.
  • Strive towards achieving the Team and Company KPIs.


We’re looking for someone who:


  • Has at least 1-2 years of sales experience within the Media ecosystem, ideally familiar with the Digital Advertising ecosystem.
  • Holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or Business-related field. A Postgraduate degree in the relative field would be appreciated.
  • Displays good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different levels of people and from different cultures.
  • Has great knowledge of MS Office and is comfortable with data.
  • Has excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of Hungarian, Czech, Bulgarian or Serbian will be considered a plus.
  • Can identify opportunities presented by clients and prospects and turn them into business.
  • Is willing to learn and constantly keep up with trends and best practices.
  • Can work independently, is agile, proactive, responsible and self-starting.
