Operations and Quality Manager

Thanks to our growing expansion, we are looking for an experienced Operations and Quality Manager.

Location: Athens, Greece

Reports to: Executive Management

About the role

The Operations and Quality Manager oversees daily office operations and ensures the company’s systems, processes, and policies are executed efficiently. This role is instrumental in aligning operational activities with the company’s strategy, optimizing productivity and enhancing service quality in close collaboration with the Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities

● Implement and adapt company strategies into operational activities

● Analyze and improve internal office workflows to enhance efficiency

● Enhance existing processes to maximize productivity

● Establish and maintain quality control measures across all operations

● Define and track KPIs to measure operational performance

● Collaborate with Sales Department to ensure exceptional service delivery

● Monitor and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement

● Support and mentor staff to align with company goals

Required Qualifications

● Minimum 5-7 years of total professional experience. At least 3-4 years in a similar operational management role, preferably in real estate or service industry

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree (MBA) preferred

● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

● Experience with ERP and CRM systems

● Fluent in English (written and verbal)

● Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities

● Expertise in process optimization and quality management

● Change management skills
