Our department team is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist in Athens to work for major client/s in the European Public sector. As an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have technical recruiting expertise for developers and engineers across all levels, a proactive search approach, a strong evaluator of talent, the ability to develop strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, and the ability to manage full life cycle recruiting.


Your role:

  • Perform the full range of recruitment activities to source and fill open positions.
  • Utilize job descriptions to create job postings, review and qualify resumes, pre-screen candidates, and coordinate and participate in interview panels.
  • Work closely with hiring departments and managers to determine their recruitment needs and ensure their staffing needs are satisfied.
  • Implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of qualified candidates for assigned positions.
  • Continually develop networks/partnerships to build pipelines of candidates actively.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience with transparency, timely follow-up, and communication.
  • Effectively communicate with applicants and selected candidates, to provide proper guidance and direction throughout the entire process.
  • Participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs, and professional events.
  • Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established.
  • Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy.



Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Human Resources or Psychology)
  • Proven experience in in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding for at least 3 years, preferably for technical profiles.
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards, especially LinkedIn
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Fluent in English
