Position

As a Consumer Experience Associate, you will play a key role in executing our global Consumer Experience strategy while tailoring it to meet local market needs. This role is centered around managing consumer relationships, collecting feedback, and providing actionable insights to enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our efforts align with business goals and continuously improve the consumer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Support Assist CX Managers in co-designing and executing omnichannel acquisition and retention programs that meet brand objectives.
• Promotion Design Develop promotions and consumer engagement mechanics for various locations (e.g., stores, HoReCa, events) using brand ambassadors and direct interactions.
• Data Analysis Monitor and analyze program data, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Competitive Monitoring Track and report on competitive CX activities and programs across all channels.
• Brand Activation Plan and execute brand activation strategies, including trade incentives, promotions, and bundles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with functions like CT&A, Sales, and Legal to ensure program compliance with regulations, budget, and brand objectives.
  
  

Within 6 months you will

• Become proficient in managing consumer engagement programs and analyzing data to drive improvements.
• Successfully contribute to the execution of brand activation strategies and achieve set objectives.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing trade, consumer, distribution, and channel strategies.
• Strong knowledge of the Marketing Mix and marketing tools (e.g., promotions, commercial packaging, Direct-To-Consumer, market research).
• Expertise in brand positioning, communication, and performance monitoring, including evaluating brand initiatives and market trends.
• Excellent process and project management skills.
• Understanding of brand P&L management, including financial resource management.
