Role Overview



The F&B Supervisor oversees the daily operations of our food and beverage service by the guidance of the F&B Manager, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.



Key duties and responsibilities




  • Supervising and coordinating daily operations in the hotel’s food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  • Monitoring guest satisfaction, addressing complaints, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues to maintain a high standard of service.

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage areas, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.

  • Managing inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste through effective inventory management.

  • Assisting with the scheduling of staff, ensuring proper coverage during peak and off-peak hours.

  • Handling guest requests and providing recommendations on menu items, beverages, and services to enhance the overall dining experience.

  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.

  • Supporting the F&B Manager in achieving financial objectives by controlling costs and optimizing operational efficiency.





Requirements





  • Degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management or related field

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a F&B Supervisor in a 5* Hotel preferably member of an international hotel chain

  • Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset

  • Excellent knowledge of Micros, POS and Microsoft Office



  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong team player & result-oriented
