Payroll Supervisor

Sfakianakis Group, one of the largest and growing groups in the Automotive industry in Greece, is looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join its Human Resources team.

Payroll Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manages end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring the accuracy of records


• Supervises the payroll team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all payroll-related tasks


• Conducts regular payroll audits and ensures compliance with payroll procedures, company policies and legal requirements


• Provides support to employees for payroll or insurance-related issues


• Monitors and resolves payroll discrepancies, investigating issues promptly and accurately


• Participates in payroll and employee compensation and benefits reporting


• Implements payroll system upgrades and enhancements


• Stays updated on payroll regulations and provides guidance and support to team members

Requirements:

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management or relevant field


• 5+ years of in a similar role


• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labour laws, taxation and statutory compliance


• Proficiency in payroll software and systems - knowledge of Scan HRMS software will be considered an asset


• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting)


• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

• Good organizational and time management skills


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
