O&M Site Engineer (Thessaly)

We are currently looking for a O&M Site Engineer to join our Construction team in Thessaly project.  

Your Role Will Encompass

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of renewable energy systems, ensuring optimal performance
• Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of equipment to identify issues promptly
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in energy systems
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when necessary
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) of the site’s energy production
• Analyze operational data and propose improvements to enhance efficiency
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Implement and maintain site-specific safety protocols
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and operational changes
• Prepare and submit reports on equipment status, performance, and maintenance activities
  
  

What you bring to the role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance, preferably in renewable energy systems (e.g., PV, wind, or energy storage)
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and renewable energy technologies
• Familiarity with monitoring and SCADA systems is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work on-site in Amyntaio
• A valid driver’s license
