Key Responsibilities:
- Content Moderation: Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to company policies and legal standards.
- Quality Control: Assess content for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with community guidelines.
- Flagging Inappropriate Content: Identify and remove harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content across various platforms (text, images, videos).
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on content trends, issues, and escalations to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure content meets company standards.
- Maintaining Data Integrity: Ensure all content moderation is logged and tracked accurately within internal systems.
- Problem Solving: Address escalated issues and work with management to improve content moderation processes.
- Language Skills:
- German (C2 level) - Native or near-native fluency required for content review and communication with the team.
- English (B2 or higher) - Good working knowledge required for internal communication and collaboration.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify sensitive and inappropriate content quickly and accurately.
- Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing content trends and identifying potential risks.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to remain calm and objective when dealing with sensitive content.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
