Your Role:
This permanent position is based in Athens. As a Product Costing and Pricing Analyst, you will work closely with the business development, research & development, and project management teams to successfully determine project costs based on provided specifications and available manufacturing resources.
This is a hands-on role that requires extensive experience in the field, along with strong stakeholder management skills.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the materials, time, and labor required for product manufacturing or service delivery
- Assist project managers in determining the total cost of their projects by performing calculations and preparing technical memoranda
- Support various organizational teams by defining target costs for new products
- Utilize the internal CRM software to format the present cost estimates
- Organize cost validation reviews for projects and ensure follow-up on related actions
- Monitor costs during the implementation phases and after project completion to ensure accuracy and alignment
Your Profile:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to analyze and present data effectively
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in cost estimation and project cost monitoring within the industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for synthesizing and presenting data
- Excellent knowledge of English (C2 level certification desired)
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
