• Respond promptly to guest inquiries related to housekeeping needs.
• Follow and maintain meticulous company cleaning protocols and high standards of hygiene.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the designated team member promptly and accurately.
• Replenish toiletries and linens promptly and efficiently​​
