Cooks (Level A-C)
Duties and Responsibilities to include:
- Support in the daily operations of our restaurants in breakfast, lunch or dinner shifts
The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes
- University Degree in a Culinary Arts (or relevant Master’s degree)
- Certification in HACCP by EFET Health Inspection Authorities
- Working knowledge of ISO 22000:2015 or above
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment managing a team of 10 members or more
- Excellent command of the English language certified at minimum of Advanced level
- Strong people and project management skills
- Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.
- Organizing skills and coordination ability
- Analytical, numerical skills and attention to detail
- Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
- Must have Greek or European Nationality, or have access to the Greek Labor Market (working permit & residence)
