As an Accounting Specialist you will:

• Prepare and process invoices
• Handle day-to-day accounting duties
• Update accounting database
• Verify bank deposits/bank payments and reconcile with bank records and statements
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Perform external duties (visits to banks, clients etc)
• Handle inbound/outbound communications
• Work closely with the Finance Director
  
  
  

What you will bring:

• BSc in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in relevant position
• Excellent Knowledge of SoftOne ERP
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good math skills
• Familiarity with finance regulations
• Computer literate–Excellent user of Microsoft Excel
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
