Job Description: Marketing and Public Relations Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s services, amenities, and special offers.


• Manage the hotel’s online presence, including website updates and social media platforms.


• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, travel agencies, and influencers.


• Organize and oversee promotional events, press trips, and partnerships to enhance the hotel's visibility.


• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


• Handle public relations activities, including press releases and responding to media inquiries.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.


• Strong communication and networking skills.


• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.


• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique campaigns and strategies.
