We are currently looking for a Design Electrical Engineer to join our Electrical Design team in our offices in Thessaloniki.

Your role will encompass:

• Preparation of technical specifications in line with projects technical requirements
• Development of technical studies, drawings, schematics, cable lists, wiring diagrams
• Drafting RfQs for equipment
• Evaluation of technical offers from suppliers
• Technical review and coordination of the deliverable design documents from suppliers
• Meetings with suppliers/customer abroad
• Participation in factory acceptance tests
• Technical support to other company departments (proposals, erection, commissioning, etc.)
• Technical review of documentation prepared by the team members
• Technical coordination with team members
• In general, participation at every stage of a project or projects execution following the project(s) time schedule regarding the electrical design

What you bring to the role:

• Experience in Medium and High voltage systems for Protection & Control / SCADA
• At least 4 years experience in power industry (Power plants, HV/MV substations) and large-scale construction projects for Protection & Control/SCADA.
• Proficient working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good background in electrical systems, familiar with international and European standards
• Working knowledge of at least one power systems analysis software (DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP, PSS/E, PSCAD, EMTP)
• Fluency in English
• Problem solving mentality
• High level of personal initiative and team spirit
