ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational company, is looking for a strategic and experienced HR Lead for their team in Thessaloniki.

Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to align HR strategies with business goals, partnering on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development.
•Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational excellence.
•Lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, and oversee succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
•Lead change management efforts for business transformations, ensuring transparent communication and employee engagement.
•Ensure HR operations compliance with Greek labor laws and company policies.
•Monitor and optimize key HR metrics including retention, engagement, and productivity.
•Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership in driving HR initiatives within a multicultural and multinational context.
• Proven track record in global environments, with expertise in HR functions such as talent management, employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics.
• Ability to lead without direct execution, focusing on strategy and alignment across teams.
• Fluency in English
