Spa Therapist / Θεραπεύτρια Σπα / Μασάζ

Role Description:

As a Wellness Therapist, you will provide a range of therapies and programs that are traditional and innovative, authentic and relevant, including extensive massage treatments and specialist facials.  Each treatment will include rituals and products that will enhance the senses and experiences that fulfill guest’s needs and transcend their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an enjoyable, relaxed, and peaceful experience conforming to SOTHYS standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
• Greet guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and to the treatment room Ensure any treatment room is set up and fully stocked complying with all company standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Perform all facial and body treatments according to standards, being knowledgeable about all Spa products and services offered. Be familiar with all Hotel services and facilities
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Report any complaints to the management team
• Upsell Spa products considering guests’ needs and department sales targets. Maximize department revenue achieving sales targets set by the management team

• Experience in a 5* hospitality environment is required
