Based in Athens with a hybrid work model, you’ll analyze performance, address questions on sales campaigns and budgets, and create innovative strategies to help clients meet their objectives while fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Provide tailored recommendations to optimize sales performance for each client
- Client Relationships: Build trust and maintain close connections to understand client needs and deliver results
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute plans aligned with client goals to ensure growth and success
- Performance Analysis: Review sales data to identify opportunities and refine strategies
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends to create impactful initiatives
- Reporting: Monitor and share key metrics, including sales targets and client satisfaction
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
- Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound/outbound sales and Account Management
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
