About the role:
As a Supervisor Sales for GR, CY & LE, you will support the local Sr. Country Manager Sales in driving the profitable growth of the Herbalife business in Greece, Cyprus, and Lebanon by understanding business methods of operation and, from this, developing and executing approved sales activities, sales corporate marketing programs. You will also oversee the coordination of all events and distributor communication methods in these markets.
In this role, you will:
- Support the Sr. Country Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and promotional plan and providing feedback
- Coordinate Sales and Marketing activities for Greece, Cyprus, and Lebanon.
- Build relationships with Members by attending events, conducting training, and addressing queries.
- Collaborate with the Regional Brand and Communications team to support local initiatives.
- Localize regional/global communications and materials for Sales and Marketing.
- Manage communication channels, create content, and ensure impactful messaging for Members.
- Develop communication plans for events and promotions, avoiding conflicts with regional/global initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing communications via approved channels and suggest new ones to enhance Member engagement.
- Serve as a point of contact for regional/global email communications.
- Provide pre- and post-launch activity reports with clear KPIs to measure effectiveness.
- Visit Member locations and attend Member-run events as needed.
- Ensure effective budget management, aligning events and costs with targets and plans.
Our Requirements:
- Mid-level education or a degree in Economics, Commerce, Marketing, or Publicity.
- 3-5 years of experience in mid-level Sales and/or Marketing roles.
- Experience in the pharmacy, FMCG, or cosmetics sector is an asset.
- Solid communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Self-starter with a strong drive to implement projects successfully.
- Able to interact effectively at all levels, with cultural sensitivity.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable to change and open to new challenges.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Genuine interest in a healthy, active lifestyle.
- Strong organizational skills for workload management.
