About the Role:
The Regional BDM seeks sales opportunities in Greece, CEE as well as maintains customer relationships within a defined account base, to meet and exceed the agreed sales targets through the sale of Profile Software solutions. Furthermore, he/she has a significant local & international experience in selling Banking & Investment Software Solutions.
What you will need to do:
- Create, build a successful pipeline and lead generation process via networking and HQ support.
- Prospects for new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Develop tender documents, sales proposals and client presentations.
- Identify opportunities to maximize existing relationships in terms of revenue generation.
- Build and strengthen business relationship with current client on both C- and operational levels.
- Negotiate agreements with new clients and periodically re-negotiates existing contracts.
- Monitor, report and counter competitor sales strategies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction within accounts assigned.
What You Will Bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or related studies.
- Master’s degree in relevant field will be considered a plus.
- At least 5 years’ experience in successful software solutions sales in the segments of Banking and Wealth Management in local and/ or international markets.
- Strong sales capabilities with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in building long-lasting relationships with external and internal clients.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English.
