Position: Quality Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance while driving continuous improvement across all processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes and systems.


• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to ensure product compliance with internal and external standards.


• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


• Investigate and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis techniques.


• Collaborate with production, design, and supplier teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.


• Provide training to staff on quality control and best practices.


• Ensure compliance with relevant certifications (e.g., ISO standards) and industry regulations.


• Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.


• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).


• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
