Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll assist clients with their inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records. Your role will involve delivering personalized solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding our commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve concerns
- Maintain and update customer records with accurate information
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues
- Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and support
- Consistently deliver a positive customer experience and uphold service standards
- Proficiency in Polish (C1/C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
