Finance & Accounting Administrator


Zeritis Group is seeking a proactive Finance & Accounting Administrator to join its Athens-based team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is pivotal in supporting financial operations and enhancing value across assets in Greece and Hungary. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate sector and work closely with a diverse team, including external accounting, legal, and engineering partners.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Cashflow Management: Update and monitor cashflow records regularly, crosscheck with budget to ensure smooth operations

  • Financial Reporting: Support in preparation of monthly P&L reports, assist in budget formulation to facilitate management decisions

  • Invoicing & Payment Processing: Manage end-to-end vendor invoicing, ensure timely payments, and coordinate with external accountants

  • Strategic Project Support: Support in supplier tenders, assist in the implementation and tracking of key projects

  • Tenancy & Lease Administration: Perform rent invoicing, monitor payment receipts, and maintain accurate tenant records

  • Financial Compliance & Year-End Support: Collaborate with external accountants to ascertain compliance with accounting standards, control year-end financial statement preparation, and ensure accurate financial records


Qualifications:



  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software

  • Professional Experience: 4-5 years in a finance or accounting role, ideally with exposure to accounting, budgeting and/or reporting

  • Languages: Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
