As a Housekeeping Manager you will…

• Oversee and coordinate dailyhousekeeping operations, ensuring all areas of the property meet or exceedcleanliness and hygiene standards
• Supervise, train and motivatehousekeeping staff, managing recruitment, scheduling and performanceevaluations effectively
• Conduct routine inspections tomaintain high cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly
• Manage housekeeping suppliesand equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels, cost control and regularinventory checks
• Ensure compliance with health,safety and sanitation regulations while adhering to organizational policies andprocedures
• Develop and overseedepartmental budgets, including labor and supply costs, aligning with theorganization’s goals
• Collaborate closely with otherdepartments, such as Maintenance and Front Office, to ensure seamlessoperations and deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Promote and implementsustainable, eco-friendly cleaning practices that align with the hotel’senvironmental initiatives
• Provide ongoing training anddevelopment to housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, equipment operation andservice excellence

Entry Requirements :

• 2–3 years of experience in asimilar role
• Proficiency in Greek and English,both spoken and written
• Strong managerial andsupervisory abilities
• Excellent organizational,hosting, and interpersonal skills, coupled with emotional intelligence andproblem-solving capabilities
