We are currently looking for a Project Supplies Coordinator to join our Project Management team in our officies in Painia.

Your role will encompass:

• Attending project meetings as needed, following the direction of the Project Management Team
• Collaborating with the Responsible Engineers and the Project's Procurement Coordinator on all matters related to project procurement
• Overseeing the implementation of the supplier contract agreement
• Acting as the intermediary between the supplier and the Responsible Engineer concerning technical matters
• Handling communication between the Project Team and the Suppliers
• Planning and leading clarification meetings after the supplier contract agreement is in place
• Be the contact person for the suppliers, after the supplier contract agreement.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles. Ideally with contract management responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good command in English
• Advanced use of MS office
• Familiarity with power plant components and market standards
• High communicational skills with external partners
• Leadership Skills with ability to work collaboratively
